Kathy Bushkin

Kathy Bushkin is senior vice president of AOL Time Warner and Director of the AOL Time Warner Foundation. She guides AOL Time Warner's philanthropic activities and is one of the chief architects of the company's corporate citizenship policies. Formerly senior vice president and chief communications officer at America Online, Bushkin also oversaw and was a member of the board of the AOL Foundation.

Immediately prior to joining AOL in 1997, Bushkin was a senior managing director at Hill and Knowlton, a global public relations firm. For 12 years before that, she was the director of editorial administration in charge of newsroom management, long-term strategy and online projects at U. S. News and World Report.
