Richard
Tambor (Rich) is the Senior Vice President and General Manager
of American Express Small Business Services (SBS) Lending.
Rich is responsible for providing leadership and strategic
direction for all SBS lending products including Credit Cards,
Lines of Credit, Term Loans and Small & Large Ticket Lending.
Rich is responsible for leading all strategies and efforts
to aggressively increase market share, retention and profitability.
Since joining American Express in 1987, Rich has held several
positions within the Consumer Card Group and SBS organizations.
His diverse background includes Fraud, Authorizations and
Risk Management. Rich received an MA in Economics from New
York University and a BA in Economics from Hebrew University.
