You should think of a password you can remember, it should be at least 6 characters.

If you haven't submited (completed) your application yet, you can "Login" and work on it from any internet connection using the login information you created.

You can check on the status of your loan application on-line after you have completed your submission. Simply Login as usual and see if the "Process Date" on your application is filled in.

Navigating the loan application
(the three pages you will see when filling out your loan application)

1) Submission Edit page

This is the first page you will see when you register and login for the first time. Fill in the form (see tips below), and when ready, click on the "Save" button at the bottom of the form. You may "Save" as often as you want.

When you click on "Save" you will be taken to the "Submission Detail" page below.

Important Note: You do not have to complete your application in one session. You can return later, "Login" again, and "Edit" your information,

When you login for a return session, you will be taken to the "Submission Edit" page. Simply continue where you left off, and "Save" to check for errors.

When you "Save" you will be taken to the "Submission Detail" page.
2) Submission Detail page

"Submission Detail" displays the information you entered in a form you can read and check. If you made any errors, or forgot to fill part of the form, you will see "Errors Found" in red.

If you have errors click on the "Edit" button, and return to the "Submissions Edit" page, to correct your errors.

You should go back and forth between the "Edit" and "Detail" pages until you finally receive a "Detail" page with no errors in red.

Important note: We cannot check to make sure you answer every question, we only error check the questions that are required to submit a basic application.

When you no longer see "Errors Found" on the "Submission Detail" page you may be ready to "Apply" for a loan..
3) Error free Detail page

When all of the required information is entered, with no Errors, the "Apply Now" button will appear at the bottom of your application right underneath the "Edit" button.

Only click the "Apply Now" button after you are satisfied with all of your answers. Answer as many questions as possible. You may continue to "Edit" after the "Apply Now" button becomes visible.

Important Note: After clicking "Apply Now," you will be taken to an agreement page. The "I Agree" button is the final step, which will send the application to be processed. You will no longer have the ability to edit your application after this final step.

4) Quitting (Logout)

Important:
If you are on a public computer use the "logout" button provided on the loan form.

By logging out, you keep others from viewing your information. After "logout" you can always "login" again and work on your application.

Tips on filling in the "Submission Edit" form

Fill in a loan amount between 500 and 5000 dollars.

Social Security Numbers must be correct, or your application will fail. We cannot check your spelling.

Numbers must be entered exactly as required. Dashes are used in the date only. You will receive an error if numbers are not submitted in the correct form.

Total Monthly Income includes all sources that support your household, including (but not limited to) income from your spouse, children living at home, government subsidies, and pension income.

Double check your work. Remember you can return to the form and make changes as often as you want, but once you hit the final submit button (after reading the agreement) you cannot make changes or reapply.

Monthly income in this area refers to what you earn from your employer, not total household income. If you are self employed fill in the amount you pay yourself, after you have paid expenses for your business.

This section is where you describe your business to our loan officer. Take your time filling out this section. It is important, since it is the only way we have to know about your existing, or proposed, business.

Be as complete as possible, in order to give our loan officer a picture of your business, and your experience.

If you are starting a new business you will have to make a projection of your 6 month gross sales.

The last section asks how you are going to spend your money. You should include a budget here describing exactly what you intend to use the loan for. Provide details.
