Loan Application and Instructions

Please read through these instructions before completing the Count Me In Loan Application.

This application is used to arrive at a decision regarding your loan and it is important that you answer every question thoughtfully and accurately Before you submit your application, you must pay a $25 Application Fee. You may use a credit card or you may pay by personal check. Your application will not be submitted for processing until this payment has been cleared.

What do you need to know before you begin?
		You will be asked for your personal email address. Do not use any email address (or phone number) that you do not expect to be available for at least 90 days after you apply online. Your email address will used as your login "username," so enter it carefully. We receive many applications with an incorrect email address. If you do not have a personal email address, you can sign-up for free email at MSN's www.hotmail.com.
		You will be asked to create (and remember!) a password. The first time that you access the Loan Application form, you will be asked to choose a password you can remember easily. Once you begin working on your application you cannot start another one, since your unique information will conflict with a new application. If you forget your password, your application will be delayed. We cannot email passwords to you, since only you will know it.
		Take all the time you need. After registering and logging on for the first time, you will be able to return as often as you like to complete your application. You do not have to complete it in one session!
Can you practice before filling out the online application?
		Print a practice loan application. If you are using a public computer, ask how to print copies for your use. It is important that all information on the application form be correct.

How long will it take to process my application?
		It will take about six to eight weeks to process your application. We will send you a letter informing you of the decision to the home address that you list on the application. Many letters are returned to Count Me In so please make sure you have listed a correct address.

How can I check the status of my application?
		You can check on the status of your loan application on-line after you have completed your submission. Simply log on as usual and see if the "Process Date" on your application is filled in. You should receive a loan offer, or a denial letter, within 2 weeks after the "Process Date" shown. While you may may apply a second time, if you are rejected, you must email us first. Only reapply if your circumstances have changed.
